Systems Thinking

Systems thinking is the process of understanding how things influence one another within a whole

With reference to operation, construction and design. How do we predict, measure and improve our industry. Looking at our outputs and outcomes, validate, measure, inform and repeat but better than the iteration before. Can this be done without technology to assist us though?

About Shaun Farrell

I have been involved in the construction sector since 1986 and over the years I have seen things change dramatically. Much of the change has been directly as a result of technology. This blog will be about the key combinations of People, Process and Technology. Any views expressed here are strictly my own.
