Robotic Construction

I thought I had already blogged about this but it appears I am mistaken. This is a fascinating exercise in robotic construction, even more impressive that the robots are flying!

But then when you track it back to the institute doing the research you can see the robots programming can be very sophisticated indeed.

If you look at the other links at some of the exercises they are carrying out!
The building prototype is described elsewhere as the quadrocopter carrying a three story prefab. But I thought the other way if you could take their squadron coding into account. Thousands of small QC’s lifting a much larger object, or maybe I am misunderstanding how efficient flight/lift works?

About Shaun Farrell

I have been involved in the construction sector since 1986 and over the years I have seen things change dramatically. Much of the change has been directly as a result of technology. This blog will be about the key combinations of People, Process and Technology. Any views expressed here are strictly my own.
